Using Meeting Maker for Scheduling the Information Desks

Starting the week of August 24th, we will begin using Meeting Maker to schedule the Information Desks. The procedures are linked from the Desk Schedules page on the Information Services Staffweb page. Here are the procedures.
If you don't use Meeting Maker routinely and would like some help in getting started, please let me know. There are also ways to make this process easier, since there are 3 Meeting Maker accounts to look at. If you'd like some suggestions about how to streamline the process from within your Meeting Maker account, let me know.
